Phone says I have a NEW voicemail, but I don't.Can't figure out how to turn off notification.
I think it's a Visual VM, but I'm not paying $2.99 a month just to clear it.Any ideas?
Where is the notification on the phone? Which phone model do you have?

Notification is on top left.When I slide down from the top, it says new voicemail, but I check and there is NO new voicemails.
Also...VM app has a circled 1 over it.
Are you using the stock voicemail app or a third-party app?
Stock.
Call your phone number from another phone and leave a short message. After completing that message, go back to you phone and access the voicemail and delete the message you just left. It should clear the notification.
