I just purchased the galaxy note 7 about 2 weeks ago and want to see what options there are at this time due to the recall. I really want this phone and would like to exchange it for another one that is ensured to be defective-free. I am very concerned that even if Samsung releases defect-free models, that there will not be enough units to exchange out for all customers.
What is Verizon's plan?
