have you tried charging with the phone off??
We want to be sure your device is working the way it should Debsea20. Let's see what we need to do to make the phone hold on to that charge. When did the issue begin? About how long does the battery last?

I just received the new update this morning and I have had nothing but problems with my battery staying up. I had to charge it 3 times today as it would get down to about 30% within 4 hours and that is not doing anything on the phone
3x's to a 100%......& no updating fb/media, syncing email, in your pocket or laying flat, going into doze??
My wife and I both have the same issue. Since updating to SW version
Let's get this device working flawlessly. Did the update say what components were to be fixed before you downloaded the update? Did you backup your phone before the update?
