How do you move contacts from a Samsung Brightstar phone that has a non-functioning touchscreen to a Samsung S7 using the smartswitch?
ROBDEM3 Contratulations on your new S7. We certainly understand you need your contacts. Hopefully you saved them to the Verizon Cloud prior to the screen freezing. If not, another option is to transfer the contacts from the Brightside to your computer. You can use the USB to connect the phone to your compute. What type of computer do you have? Do you have a USB cable?
