Why does my Note 4 keep shutting down? Happens most when using camera.

My Note 4 shuts down or freezes randomly, but often one or more times per day. Frequently happens when using camera, but not exclusively. Battery can be full or partially charged. Must remove battery in order to reboot. Sometimes phone just restarts in the middle of using an app.

Help is here! Making sure that you’re phone works like a well oiled machine is a must. When did this problem start to happen? Has there been any recent changes to your phone? (Such as new apps downloaded or a software update?) Are you using the original charger that came with the phone?
