My friend can get my texts on her iPhone 5 but I do not get her texts on my Galaxy S6. I use the messaging plus app. Why can't I receive her texts? I do not have any blocks on my phone?

I use texting every day to keep in touch with my friends and would be concerned if this were happening to me. Have you been able to receive text messages from this person before? What phone did you have before the Galaxy S6? When did this first begin to happen?
