device is not accessible on my pc

I connected my phone to PC(windows XP pro)  but can't access it.

Any suggestions.

First you would want to install the device's driver to your PC.

Copy and paste the link below into your browser's address bar for the driver.  Then download the driver.

Then connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable. 

Select Menu.

Select Notifications.

Select USB connected.

Select Mount.

From File Explorer / Finder on the computer find the Removable Disk (X which represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
