Samsung Reality contact display question

I just activated my Samsung Reality. I realized when I started getting calls from people on my contact list, their name does not display but hte number does- is there a way to show the name of the contact when they call me? When I use my contact list to call someone, the name displays, but not when they call me. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance...

The number that shows up when they call has to be the same in your contact list

I am having the same problem with my Samsung Reality phone and I have checked to make sure that the number is stored exactly as it's listed. I stored the number directly from the incoming call list and I still can't get it to display names, only numbers. This was a replacement phone and I didn't have this problem with my previous Reality.

I did notice that this does not happen with ALL contacts, but it does with those that have more than one phone number listed.

make sure that the number stored also contains the area code
