After update on March 30, 2017, My Galaxy S7 is not charging on the wireless charger - and there is no progress on the screen when on the charger - it is just a rainbow colored screen. When I had the phone turned off - it charged - slowly.
That's really strange, dlswarwick. That's certainly not the intention of the update but I'm confident we'll get to the bottom of this. Are you able to charge the phone with a standard plug in cable charger? Please make sure fast charging settings is on (Settings > Battery > turn On Fast cable charging and Fast wireless charging). If you have a case on your phone, please try the wireless charging without it to see if there's a difference too. If the issue is still seen with the Fast wireless charging on and no case on, please place the phone in Safe Mode using the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203892/ and try using the wireless charger.

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for your response. I don't have an option on "Battery" for wireless charging it is set for fast charging.
It charges on fast charge when hardwired with a cord... if I turn my phone off and place on wireless charging port. It will charge., I just had it on the wireless charging dock for 3 hrs and it got to 60% from 40%. I have a Galaxy S7 and got it in December 2016

If you go into Settings > Battery > click on the three stacked dots in the upper right corner > Advanced Settings is Fast wireless charging enabled under the Charging settings?
My phone charged fairly quickly on the wireless charging dock before the update....fast charging with my phone on.
After the update....my phone does not charge fast on the wireless charging dock and it takes several hours to see any charge. If the phone is off, it charges faster.
I looked again, and don't have a wireless setting on my phone.... attacheda screenshot.
