Can't remember pattern. anyway to unlock without factory reset?
We certainly want to see you be able to keep your phone secure but don't mean to cause any inconvenience! I am sorry to hear about the situation. Have you previously setup a Samsung account on this device? Are you only being prompted for the reset at this point?
