Droid Turbo 2 "DMService has stopped"

We have 3 Motorola Droid Turbo 2's. My sons phone keeps giving him an error that says "Unfortunately, DMService has stopped." It happens often but we cannot figure out what it is and why it is happening. It is more annoying than anything. He hasn't noticed any functions or apps not working when this happens. The other 2 phones do not do this. Does anyone have this problem? Were you able to get it to stop? What is DMService? I googled and there were many questions, but no answers. Can someone please help.

That would certainly drive me bonkers as well. I'm sure we will get this solved. How long has this been happening? When this first started happening did he make any changes to his phone (new software, new applications, etc)?

NICLEA32, this is definitely concerning to hear as I want your phone to work properly all the time. Let’s get this figured out. Is there any particular application in use when you see this error message?
