How do you remove the battery from the galaxy note 5. They want it shipped back w/o the battery and I can't figure out how to do it without messing up the cover on the phone.
The Galaxy Note 5 has a battery which is non-serviceable to the consumer. Removing it will void your warranty.
This is likely a catch-all request for phones with removable batteries and not applicable to your device.
Margaret you ask a great question. Actually there is not a removable battery in the Note 5.
