How do I get the samsung $25 credit?

Hi Verizon forum staff,

I have successfully exchanged my phone earlier today; however, I didn't receive any notification about the $25 credit and whatnot.

Can you help instruct on how I can get the $25 credit?

Sure I would like my Verizon bill credited instead of buying more cables and stuff.

Please advise.

Mine was automatically credited by Verizon, log in to your account to see credit apply or not?

I got the credit back for paying the taxes again but nothing on the $25. credit for the phone maybe next month don't want to bring that bill to much huh Verizon?

I went to exchange my Note 7 last week and I didn't get the $25 credit either nor did they offer me a $25 credit towards accessories or a gift card. I read around that some stores aren't even offering the credit to customers, what gives Verizon?

I got my replacement a couple of days ago after they charged me for the replacement again and was told that they will reverse the charge when they receive the recalled phone back. I called for a label to return the phone because they did'nt provided one.

After I received the label and mailed the phone, i receive a text telling me to wait for an special box to return it. Sorry too late. The representative was not aware of the $25 so she could't do anything. I know that my next fight is going to be for the credit.
