The hacker, looked me up on fb after 35 years. He has inched his way into my company issued phone. He created this community forum, he put an email account, that I never created on my profile. It is: [Removed] According to aol, I am not the owner of this account. I have tried numerous times to delete it, why I can't, remains a mystery. Somehow he gains control of my Google accounts, account that I created, he changed all the credentials, and I no longer can access them. He will not go away. I work for a company, that is a leader in the security banking industry. He, from what I have learned, is a bootlogger hacker. It started immediately after contacting me. He has gone into verizon, and obtained temporary passwords. He is using my account, an enterprise account, as a "grandfather" account. He uses fake, fraudulent certificates. Can someone please assist? No matter what changes I make, they always get changed back. He has taken over myverizon, myford, sirius. He uses community forums to gain information to allow him even more access, to my plan and services. Everytime I look up my account, it shows as a prepaid plan, but it is not. He is stealing information that he has no authority to access. I am locked out of nearly every verizon app that I am the rightful owner of. It sounds insane, but sadly all true. He went as far as putting spyware on my phone, watched me for 6 months. He even went as far as trying to get me fired from my job. I was accused by him, of committing a crime that never occurred. He is attempting to have my credibility questioned, but of course, I continue to be the victor. Please, I beg for assistance.
