i have one contact that cannot receive messages. The contact number is in blue and shows only chat with the microphone on it. i have tried uninstalling google and turning my phone off and it's still doing it.
Talked to Verizon store today they called their Verizon techs, said the fix is reset network settings [under backup and reset]. Did it this morning and everything is finally working great.
