I can sign into my verizon account but not into verizon cloud. Cloud sign in says wrong password. Why?
They should both be the same password, but the login ID for Cloud is only your phone number, wheras MyVerizon also allows you to setup a user name I'm addition as a login ID.

I signed in last with my LG G3. All I get now is incorrect pw. I have deleted and reinstalled the app.
Still get the same response. Wrong password with my BlackBerry Classic.
