saving file from gmail

I have a file on my gmail account that i want to download to my SD card. How do i do this on the Droid 2?

Longpress the email and select download attachment.

Can you tell me how I do that.

just tap and keep your finger on the email that has the attachment and a menu should pop up and you should know what to tap from there :smileyhappy:
