I have basic voicemail - the S6 always shows 1 new voicemail - never clears and never increments. Can anyone help
Call your cell phone number from another phone and leave a 2 second message. Then on your phone, call voicemail and listen to that message and delete it. It should clear the message waiting indicator. At least that's what happens when my voicemail indicator hangs like that.
