What do you do when you lose everything in your phone because you were downloading one OF THERE BLACKBERRY APPS. You go to the store and they tell you it has to be refreshed or you need a new unit but you pay insurance and they want to charge you 90 bucks and you will have a phone in 2 days....when you pay over 200 bucks a month for service... Anybody have these type of issues ???

If your phone crashes and the OS has to be reinstalled you will lose the data on it.  Hope you backed up.  As far as insurance goes I thought the amount you pay if phone needs replaced is $50.

 

Hopefully one of the VZW CS folks will chime in to clarify.
