Does Verizon still sell the enV Touch in stores? If they do how much are they?
The LG enV Touch - VX11000 is a retired device, but is still sold in limited store locations. The 2 year discount prices vary per location. The full retail price of the device is $409.99.

What they mean is you'll have to search yourself to find a store that has it. Call or visit every store that sells Verizon phones and ask them. that includes Verizon stores, WalMart, Best Buy, Costco, Target etc.
They have certified pre-owned enV Touch's online for free, if you're eligible for an upgrade. That's how I got mine.
