Why Won't My Car Phone Pick Up When I Get A Call?

Question

I have a mercedes GLK 350.  When someone calls, my blackberry Z10 automatically answers the call.

Anybody ever hear of this?  Anybody know any setting that may be messed up??

Do you have the phone paired via bluetooth with the car?  Bluetooth or hands free option may be set to "auto-answer" ... see if this helps - Answering calls automatically - BlackBerry Z10 - 10.3.2
