Droid Turbo 2 not turbo charging

My Droid Turbo 2 is not turbo charging. It charges very slow on the charger that came with the phone, and no longer says "turbocharging" at the bottom the the phone when plugged it. It has to be a issue with the phone, i have factory reset it numerous time to try to get it to work. i have done a hard reset and still nothing. but heres the kicker, i have 3 friends with turbo 2's and they use my charger just fine and their phones charge super fast.

I have had the same problem.  What I to fix the issue is that the charge pin on the phone itself was slightly bent down.  Took a small screw driver and bent the pin back up because that is the way mine looked bent.  Plugged in turbo charger and now its turbo charging.  I have a otter box on mine and i may be bending it when plugging it in.
