Every time I flip open my phone Nuance starts, how do I turn it off?

I'm so sorry to learn that this is starting when you flip open your phone. Let's see what we can do to resolve this. I've researched this, and I see that this is a voice command feature. Please go to settings and tools/accessibility/flip open/off/set. Let us know if this does the trick for you.
