Gf just got a new router. Never had connectivity issues anywhere prior. It stops at obtaining IP. If I switch to static and manually put in the IP it continuously disconnects and reconnects. Lasting no longer then a few seconds. I've tried everything I've found online. Nothing works. I REALLY don't want to hard reset. Her phone and Xbox are connected without any issues.
