Yesterday morning my Samsung s6 totally died. after I sent a text message the notification LED turned solid white and the reboot Samsung screen came up for about 4 minutes. the screen finally turned off (black) and the light stayed on. I tried all button presses for hard resets etc. The phone got VERY warm and after 4 hours it went out and has not came on since. when you plug charger in the phone gets warm and even after you unplug it stays warm for some time after but there are no lights, even during charge, and will not turn on. The phone had never been dropped or exposed to liquid.....its had a very pampered 18 months. I thought maybe the phone had a defect that just came to light until I started reading some instances of other samsungs in the past acting weird after past updates. The day before it died I applied the OTA security update and after reboot it would freeze at times and that night while surfing on the web browser it froze and rebooted several times. I charged it over night and in the morning is when it died. Has anyone else had problems after latest update?
