How do I get my Galaxy 5 to upload photos to my computer? My USB is connected and Samsung shows up on the directory, but there are no sub-directories or files.
With the Marshmallow update, the default USB mode is charge only. Pull down the phone's notification shade and change the USB mode to File Transfer.
