Leslj15 it is probably because of the recent big android update to your phone. Good luck getting an intelligent answer out of verizon support.

It is never good to hear your device is not functioning properly. Let's work together to resolve this rebooting issue. What were you doing on the phone when the rebooting started? Were you having any issue before this happened?

I was doing nothing. I have been having this issue intermittently since I received the phone last Saturday, but this morning it doesn't do anything else except to reboot.
