Backup Assistant

When I Sync on the Backup Assistant, my online contact list does not match my phone contact list. What do I need to do to make this match?

Export the contacts out of backup assistant and import them into your gmail account contact list. Then have the phone sync through Google. The backup assistant has been unreliable for months now and until it is completely fixed I wouldn't trust it.
