Samsung S7 battery issue

Question

Hi,

I have a Samsung s7 which is more than 1yr old. My phone keeps getting hot periodically. Recently I noticed that the rear side of the phone had opened up and the phone keeps restarting if not on charging model till all battery is drained. Could you please suggest what should I do?

If the back is open, your phone is damaged.  If you have insurance, make a claim.  If you don't, you need to contact Samsung.
