I've done all trouble shooting but my cell screen keeps shutting off when try to make calls or text etc
So the phone isn't completely shutting down? It's just the screen that turns off? If so, do you have to restart the phone to get the screen to return? Does it do the same thing when you receive calls or texts as well, or only when trying to make outbound calls or send?
it'll turn the screen off at what ever interval you selected in settings/display if the phone moved, keyboard.
are you talking on speaker with the phone laying flat??
