I've been using Message + for some time and noticed that I only got a Delivered confirmation for other Verizon customers who I sent texts to. Recently, I noticed thy Delivered status showing up for non Verizon users, but it's not consistent. Sometimes a message will say Delivered and sometimes Sent... Can anyone explain why? Does the Sent one mean it hadn't been Delivered yet? If yes, what would cause that?
