Cannot find/view current unbilled calls in my Verizon.

Hello, I can find my current unbilled calls on the website, but cannot locate them in the myverizon app. Please advise where I am NOT looking. Cannot imagine it’s not available in the mobile app!! Thanks in advance for Antoine’s help!!

The way I read the FAQs, that's the way it works, i.e., you can view your call log via your My Verizon web account but can only see data usage via the My Verizon app, i.e., View Usage

Hello, there! The calls that unbilled for will not show up in your My Verizon App, only the calls that have been billed for. Is this the only reason for your chat today?
