I have the Disney bundle. I can access ESPN+ but then I am not allowed to watch any life event. It’s always redirecting me to a AT&T log in website, which doesn’t make much sense. It has been super frustrating
We're sorry to read that you've been having issues with your ESPN+ app. In this case, certain events in the app can only be seen if you have a cable/satellite subscription. Any content that can be watched with ESPN+ will have the logo next to it. There is also a tab specifically for ESPN+ within the ESPN app where you can see only ESPN+ content. We hope this information helps.

Same here. I can, however watch live events on ESPN+ when I go through Hulu (included in bundle). Problem is, I like to watch event replays on ESPN+ under the Top Picks section, but the ESPN app is not allowing it. Frustrating is an understatement…
JB07vee, we're sorry to learn about the issues you're running into when trying to view event replays on the ESPN app. We definitely want to make sure that you're able to access all your subscriptions, and would be happy to help. To better assist we'll be sending a Private Note.

I have the same exact problem. I can can access Disney Plus, and HULU, but I have never been ablle to access ESPN + since Verizon begain paying for it. I'm signed in to my ESPN account but every time try to access ESPN plus content it asked me to sign for ESPN plus. This has been a rip off.
We are sorry to read that you are having login issues with ESPN+. Typically, your login information would be the same as that for Hulu and Disney+. If that login information does not allow you access, we would recommend reaching out to ESPN+ for assistance with the log in issues.

I’m having the same issue
Hi Koudoes. With all the exciting Basketball going on right now, I can see where ESPN is very important to connect to. Please share more details about what does not work? Is it the login? A feature on ESPN+?-Deb
I have the same issue and it has gotten worse. A few months ago, I could not watch any live streamed events (whether marked ESPN+ or not) but could watch replays. Now it blocks me from most of the replays as well and says "Blackout: this content is not available with your package". This is the error message I get for almost every event I try to watch. Not sure what the point of this package is anymore.
freyac96, we're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your ESPN+. Unfortunately, we can't manage what content is available in your area for ESPN+. We recommend reaching out to them directly so they can help you. I'd have to think any live sporting event is not covered under the ESPN package offered as a Verizon perk. You'd have to sign up for a live TV streaming service separately. As for blacked out events, if it is a local sports team you're trying to watch, yes, ESPN is notorious for not showing local professional sports team games. It used to be the game had to be sold out before it would air on your local ESPN channel. This has been going on since the days when most people watched TV on cable.
I’m having exactly the same problem! I get signed in to ESPN, then click the live stream for a game, then I’m forced to activate with a tv provider again (why?) and then nothing works. I got my ESPN+ through Verizon so idk why I can’t actually use it when I’m paying for it. I’ve never been able to watch a single game
Sounds like it’s false advertising
Agreed! I could have chosen a different package.
Hey there, Utes22, we want to help make sure you have access to your ESPN subscription. Do you currently have the Disney bundle? What issue are you running into with accessing ESPN?
-Lauren
Same issue here. Can’t watch anything on ESPN+ because it wants me to subscribe again even tho I’m already logged in.
Hello. Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Are you getting the same error on all the devices you were able to sign in to the bundle? Do you have access to Disney+? Did you recently change your plan?
~Maria
You have to have a cable provider to watch it when it is on ESPN. It is only available every other week with the bundle.
Same issue. Had to call ESPN+ every 30 days to have them grant access. I had the Disney Bundle as a free perk via the get/play more plan. Just switched to myplan and I am getting the Disney Bundle free for 6 months. Still same issue! Can login in to DIsney+ and Hulu just fine. Try to login to ESPN+ and it asks me to subscribe. VZW has to know about this issue as too many people have the same experience. VZW blames ESPN+ and ESPN+ blames VZW.
Hello. We are here to help with your recent issue with ESPN. We suggest you to Check your Disney+ account settings for a "Verify Account" banner related to ESPN+. Click on it and follow the instructions to link your accounts. Could be an Email issue sometimes, the activation email might get lost in your spam folder or go to an incorrect address.
Ripoff you should not advertise this.
Having the same issue constantly.
We're sorry to read you're having issues with the ESPN+ app. We recommend uninstalling and installing the app to try to fix this issue. If it persists, the best option will be contact ESPN support directly.
This is not an ESPN issue, it is a Verizon issue. All of us on this forum and dozens of other separate forums discussing the same topic can access Disney and Hulu, but not ESPN+. If you are going to advertise this as part of the Verizon Mobile Plan with Disney Bundle and we cannot access ESPN then you need to work with ESPN to resolve it for us, the customers. I cannot determine if anyone has been able to successfully watch a live college football game, so if this is a downgraded plan, then it is useless and needs to be clearly explained or removed from the plan. Most of us have cut the cord and do not have a tv provider, so is this a requirement? It doesn't seem to work on Apple TV, Roku or Firestick, but maybe on an phone app? Do I have to watch college football on my iphone or laptop?...I hope not.
This is very frustrating for all of us who have limited options to watch the college football playoffs because we believe we already have ESPN+ and don't want to pay for another subscription. This is terrible customer service...
