I recently signed up for a new line on our family plan, and also purchased an iPhone 14 for the new line.
Part of the deal included a $200 Verizon gift card. The gift card arrived with the phone, but when we went to our local Verizon store to purchase some accessories for our new phone, the local specialists informed us that our card has a zero balance. We were told to contact customer service since the original transaction was online, but I have not been unable to get any resolution. Anyone else have this issue?
