I have been trying to redeem NFL Sunday Ticket and it's not showing up under "make the most of your accounts." I received the email and clicked redeem now which brings me to verizon app where I can't do anything. I can see in perks that it says account enrolled but there is no way to activate. I've been to Verizon store twice about this issue. I've called cust care twice about this issue and even tried using the chat option. Nobody can tell me why or how to fix problem. The store said to call Google caz it must be on there end. I did that and Google says my account is not enrolled and it's a verizon problem. I've been going in circles for days. Very frustrating.

Yes I have. The problem is there is nothing to click under make the most of your plans
I've done everything I can think of. And everything the support team told me to do. And everything the people at verizon store told me to do
The only issue that I can possibly think of is when I got my service a cpl weeks ago I wanted the plus plan on my phone number but the store rep put that plan on a differnt number on my account by accident. So they canceled the plus plan and added it my phone number. Maybe that kicked out the promo. Or another thing is when I got the phones they didn't have the correct color of iphone 15 pro max I wanted so they gave me a differnt color and said I could just do an exchange when the correct color came in. Which was 2 days. So I went back and they couldn't figure out how to exchange it. So they went and returned the incorrect color instead of exchanging it. Then I had to re buy the one in the color I wanted. Those are only things I can think of

They sent me private msg....but nobody answers me back in then private msgs. I dunno anymore. I'm super frustrated with this whole situation.
Same problem for me. Season starts tomorrow. No tile. Multiple phone calls to Customer Service. A trip to the Verizon store. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau. It shows I'm enrolled but no email and no access.
upgraded phone and plan to receive NFL Sunday ticket. After numerous phone calls, chats and going to the store it is still not resolved. It shows under perks but there is no manage button. I am told just this morning that it is a technical issue they are working on and it will be resolved by this afternoon in time for games. All I get is a ticket number. Have also been told if I pay for it out of my pocket if not resolved I will be credited to my account. I am skeptical of everything. Verizon is lying. why run a promotion if you cannot handle it? so disappointed. time for a new carrier!
I ordered it thru verizon in July and am having the same issue. VZ keeps telling me it is on google (yttv) side. I'm contacting them this morning to see if that's true.
Same thing for me. The nfl sunday ticket was the only reason I upgraded, and I have no idea what is going on. All they tell me is that I am eligible for Sunday ticket and wait for an activation email. Oh, and don't call them anymore because it might delay the email. What a joke!

Same problem here. I received the e-mail for free NFL Sunday Ticketand click on the redeem now button. Takes me to the account page where the "Make the Most of Your Plans" section doesn't have the Youtube/Sunday Ticket tile to click. Only Disney. Spent 2 hours with a rep yesterday who said they submitted a ticket, but never got a message that there was a ticket submitted. Account says I am enrolled, but there is no way to claim the offer. Games start in about 2 hours. Unacceptable.
why is it so hard to get the activation email? my account shows we are enrolled in the NFL Sunday ticket but we never accepted terms and conditions nor did we enter our youtube info. and there is no manage button!! I have spoken per phone , per chat and in person for hours upon hours and still cannot get an answer!!! Verizon is not fullfilling the offer.
They are telling me to contact Youtube. What a joke. Reading the terms and conditions they value it at $449. I am just going to ask for the bill credits or cancel.
NFL Sunday ticket promo. Just like several others on these threads we qualified for this promo last month by adding a line and no promo was ever added to our account. We got the email and it never worked. We never had a NFL tile under perks. We have called and called and chatted. The games start today. Apparently one of our tickets was denied saying we didn't add a new line. We added a new line and then transferred a number over to it and that is what messed things up? Not sure but I would like a solution ASAP. It has been at least 12 hours of my time wasted and almost a month of waiting on "tickets" to be processed though with this terrible customer service. HELP!!! This should not be such an issue for customers.

I contacted youtube and they advised they are not able to help me its all on the verizon side
I spent time chatting with their customer service team yesterday and after repeating myself several times I had to stop the chat for my sanity's sake. This seems to be a systemic issue with Verizon's customer service. I had to spend over three hours on a call a few weeks ago to get my account properly upgraded, and I had to talk to several people to get the promotion they were offering properly applied to my account. I cannot spend another hours long call on the phone with their customer service team. The NFL ticket was the reason i went through with upgrading my lines and phones, so I consider this a huge issue. The claim they offered seemed to have auto activated in my Verizon account and never gave me the option to assign to a Google account and to review/agree to the the terms and conditions of the agreement. The rep i chatted with kept thanking me for all the information I was giving them, but not fully understanding what I was saying, and kept asking me to repeat myself and then thanking me for the same info again and again. They are clearly having a whole system issue and they must not communicate within their team? I mean how can you thank people for over 17 years of service and then consistently flub the ball for these same clients? They are hiding bad business behind inept customer service.

Finally got to tech support and this guy is taking forever...thank you for your patience, thank you for that information....I'll be exhausted and won't want to watcg the game after this/.....
I have not been able to redeem my NFL Sunday Ticket. I went to the store to try an get help and was told the system needs to update. They had me call a rep from the store and the rep basically told me the store rep was full of it and my redemption tile would be ready within 72 hrs. It has been a week and also today is the first day of Sunday ticket, it still is not working. No email has been sent out, no tile redemption and so many discussions here in the Verizon community of this service not working. Verizon has definitely dropped the ball on this. We all should be getting a credit for each day this does not work or a full credit of $379.00. Please send me a private message Verizon to resolve this so I can share it with the community.

I have the same problem. I call around 10am this morning asking when will I receive the promotion that I qualify for... No lie or exaggeration. I was directed to 6 count them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 different representatives. All for them to tell me that my promotion has been elevated... What does that mean. I still don't have my promotion & clearly they told me I qualify for it... Been a customer now almost 15 years... What's the issue?

I have called Verizon tech support and sales customer service multiple times about the NFL Sunday Package tile not being available on the Verizon app. I’m a new Verizon cable customer and all they keep saying is we are looking into it. I’m starting to think it’s all hocus pocus

today I have been on an active chat with Verizon for over 7 hours! went through 11 reps, still on active chat. They cannot figure out why my account is enrolled but no manage button. They want to tell me its an isolated incident when clearly it is not!! rest assured they are doing everything to correct the problem! and then Verizon replys here with a link how to redeem the promotion. not listening. Promotion shows redeemed! there is no manage button. I have never accepted terms and conditions. I have never entered my google account infor/. FIX the problem! I am not alone. I am an existing customer with an apple phone. I went into Verizon store and was told if I upgrade to Ultimate PLUS, I would get NFL SUNDAY Ticket for free! I was also told the same thing in a chat the day b4, it got disconnected so didn’t finish up. I upgraded and got internet. A week later, I still didn’t have the activation link, I was told by customer service today, that I didn’t qualify because I didn’t upgrade from a low enough plan! Doesn’t say anything about that in small print. Customer svc rep, said she gets 3 or 4 calls a day about the SUNDAY TICKET, and how people thought they qualified but don’t, even she got caught by it. The store would not help me either after I reported what happened. I called from my landline and asked about the promotion as well and was told it only came with a google or android phone! So a different story, depending on who you are talking to!
I am writing the corporate office and after 20 years of Verizon, it’s time to find a different provider.

I have been with Verizon for over 24 years and this is the most ridiculous promo ever. I have been dealing with this for a month and STILL no Sunday ticket going into the 2nd week. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Verizon.

I have signed up for the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion two years in a row by adding the required service, this year was the home internet, and I have yet to receive the Sunday Ticket either year. The customer service on this is horrible. I'm confident I will not receive it again this year.

Great question. You will not lose the subscription for the service. Verizon does reserve the right to charge back the value of the offer up $449, if eligible service is canceled within 180 days of activation. ~Peter
I am not sure why you keep sending this that does solve anything. We simply are not getting what was promised and we are about to enter the 2nd Sunday and no Sunday ticket. How can 2 of the world’s largest tech and internet company make a mess of a promotion? Not acceptable!
I contacted customer service about not being able to redeem the Sunday ticket offer. They told me that the tile would appear “tomorrow”. That was two days ago, no change on the app or on the website. It’s unacceptable that an offer is being withheld from customers and the lack of any useful help shows how little Verizon cares about its customers

20 year customer here and can’t get anything working. They fixed my gift card promo part but can’t seem ti get the nfl ticket to show up in tile or email. If they can’t they should offer an equal or better offer that works.
I’ve been a Verizon legacy mobile subscriber for a very long time. This year I decided to get the Verizon home internet service because of the free for a year subscription to NFL Sunday Ticket. I got the gateway equipment and activated the internet service on August 26th. I was promised an email with an activation code/instructions for NFL Sunday Ticket. After a few days without the email I called the alleged Verizon customer service and was told I needed to wait fives days after activation. No email after five days. I called again. I was told they neede my email address. Funny, they have my email to send the monthly bill. After a few days still no email. I call again. This time I’m told I needed to wait 15 days after activation for the email. No email. I call again. I was told today I should get an email. No email. I called again today. This time the alleged customer service rep said she spoke with the Sunday Ticket people at YouTube TV and she said call them and they are aware of the issue and they can help . YouTube rep said they couldn’t help because they need a code from Verizon. I called again and this time the Verizon rep said I needed to wait 15 to 30 days for the email. The stories and excuses keep changing. I’ve made eight calls to Verizon and NFL Sunday Ticket and have not gotten a simple email with instructions to fulfill Verizon’s promise of an NFL Sunday Ticket subscription.
I’m retired law enforcement and this smells like a classic case of deceptive practice. I’m inclined to explain my situation to my state Attorney General for a possible remedy.

Escalated ticket ***** still not resolved. On yet another chat. The Verizon customer service reps are clueless. They continue to ask the same questions. Shameful really. Today one said the ticket should be resolved by 9/17. Another said just pay for it and we will credit the account. Another said we cannot do it. Not consistent.
I have been having the same problem with NFL Network. I did receive an email but when I click on the link to activate it does not work. There is no tile under my profile to click only Disney bundle. They told me a week ago when I called that they would escalate this and I have not received anything back from them. They said it would take 72 hours. Well it’s been over a week now

I'm getting the same run around as everyone else. I upgraded to a Samsung S24 Ultra on 8/26 and never received an email from verizon to set up sunday ticket. I've been dealing with chat/support for days about this and keep getting blown off. The latest was they will send me an email after Sept 18th!!. They said "I am really sorry but due to some issues in our NFL Sunday ticket distribution we are facing this issue. Hopefully you will get it till Sept 18th and would be able to enjoy your NFL Sunday ticket."

Did the link actually work? I am still waiting on the link they promised. Some people are saying when they try the link it says the activation code has already been used. I hope someone is not stealing activation codes and selling them.

badboy25, we're sorry about the delay with that e-mail. If you haven't received the e-mail, please your your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website. There will bea tile under "Make the most of your plans" that'll allow you to redeem.

I'm in the same boat. Got the email - clicked to Enroll now - sent me to Verizon account. Under services & perks, it shows NFL Sunday Ticket as Free Account Enrolled but no Manage button. If I try to click it elsewhere it gives a "We're sorry it's already enrolled" page. Verizon agent confirms it's missing "Terms and Conditions accepted" because I was never prompted it as part of the enrollment fulfillment nor was I prompted to sign in and attach my Google account. YoutubeTV(Google) has no correlated record of it so of course it wants me to purchase it there in that account. So frustrating. Even if they send a fresh link to Enroll, it takes "4-5 days to process" as they have to clear the current enrollment but I'm afraid I'll receive a fresh link and it will do the same exact thing. Really exciting to be able to not use this perk weeks into the NFL season. Ugh.
I'm chatting with a Verizon agent again and they are trying to pull the "It has already been redeemed" answer. When I asked why if it has been redeemed is it not showing up under my service and perks they replied "Please be assured that the issue can only be resolved from the customer's end". I'm not sure what that means other than to join the list of others contacting the state Attorney General . I will update if Verizon is able to resolve this issue.
Same here. Upgraded to S24 Ultra on 8-29. I first called and was told he would fix it but it would take awhile so he would call me back. Never called back. Been on the chat 3 times and their goto response now is it has already been redeemed. When pressed if it has been redeemed why hasn't it showed up under services and perks they say they will check and never respond back. Very frustrating.

I am so frustrated with Verizon I have given up and filed a complaint with the BBB seems to be the only way to get a resolution to this problem since Verizon doesn’t seem to care to fix it our address it!
