The payment due date for Fios internet and home phone has been the 11th of each month for years. Starting in February 2025, it changed to the 6th. In March it changed to the 9th. In April it was the 6th, May the 7th, and June the 6th. There was no notice that this change would occur.
I called support for an explanation. The representative verified the information, had no explanation, and promised a callback which was never received.
I would like the payment due date returned to the 11th of each month. Who should I contact?
