I need to unlock a phone that was originally used with Verizon. I have literally been trying for two days to get a person on the phone and cannot because I don't have an account. PLEASE, I need device unlock tier-2 support.
Are you the original owner of the phone, or did you buy it second hand? If you're not the first owner and/or do not have abundant evidence that the phone was purchased legitimately and the requirements of the device unlocking policy were fulfilled, then you are out of luck.
We see these requests all the time on the Pixel Forum. Someone sold you a phone you cannot use and ripped you off. Your only option is to try and return the phone and request a refund.
