Orbic RC400L Firmware Update

Question

The upgrade tool requires a minimum firmware of ORB400L_V1.1.5BVZRT.

My device is running ORB400L_V1.0.4_BVZKJ. Firmware update process does not work either, directly on the device UI, or in the web UI. I've restored to defaults several times, and rebooted several times. No updates are recognized.

What is the direct download link for ORB400L_V1.1.5BVZRT

Try reaching out to the manufacture Orbic as the site/upgrade tool is hosted and digitally signed by Reliance. That model is still on their product page. As of August 2025, the firmware version is V1.3.2_BVZRT.
