I have been getting error code VOD_309 when trying to rent or purchase an on-demand movie. I spent 4 hours with Verison FIOS support in May and they swore up and down they fixed it. They didn't. The chat bots are now useless, I can't get to a live person to get this resolved. When I talked to live people in May, all they wanted to do was convince me to move to streaming services whcih is NOT the answer. I have followed all the {useless} troubleshooting steps like 10 times and they never find an issue. NOW WHAT?
