We are unable to access one partiular landline phone from all the Verizon phones on our account. We reach a message that the phone is not in service. The person at this number is my daughter and has not blocked us. :-) This number can be reached with our landline phones and by other cell phone users. The Verizon customer rep, while polite and helpful, was not able to resolve the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.
