My music is not backing up to the cloud although I have it set to back up. I am using the Samsung music app. Is this why? Which apps should I use instead?
I am having the same problem. My music is in the Music folder, and it used to back up. But now it wont' and my cloud is only half full.
I have the same issue. I have 588 songs on my phone and only 171 backed up to the Cloud. Same with a lot of my pictures.
BigBlue56, we want to make sure that you are able to keep your songs safe on the Cloud. How much storage space do you have available?

We want to make sure your music is protected along with the rest of your personal information you have. What folder is your music stored in on your device? Are you having trouble with anything else being backed up? Do you receive any error messages when you attempt a backup from the device?

No error message and only thing giving me problems.

Matt, I can understand your need to backup your music. I also have the same need, but will try to help you get this done. Saving music to the cloud can be diffcult. If you have music downloaded or purchased from the internet, it's possiable they canot be saved, to the cloud. Because, some music is copyright protected, it can not sync with the cloud.
How are you purchasing your music? What sites do you use?

I've downloaded my music the same way for years. Never a problem until
recently. If it's going to be easier to take my phone in to get it fixed I
will. Back and forth isn't working for me.

The songs that are not backing up, were they purchased and downloaded to the device from Samsung music or another source? Do you receive a specific error message when the cloud skips the song? The Cloud can only upload the following audio files types AAC, AC-3, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, AMV IMA ADPCM, DV Audio, MPEG Audio Layer 2, MPEG Audio Layer 3, WavPack, WMA v1/v2. Please check to see if missing songs are in one of the above formats.

All are of such format. Songs are converted from YouTube. It seems my back
up stopped from a certain date. Long time ago. But others can continue to
download via such.
