Submit a Privacy Request
Members of Verizon Community can access and correct Community content and personal information. Members can also delete personal information by closing their account. If you have an account, please sign in with your Verizon or Community credentials and follow the instructions below to submit a privacy request. If you have multiple accounts, you must sign in to each separately to submit individual requests. If you do not have an account, please submit a privacy inquiry form.
Access
You have the ability to request access to Community content and personal information that Verizon Community has collected about you. To submit an access request, click “Download Personal Information” and select the information you would like to download: Personal Information, Posts and/or Comments.

Correct
You have the ability to correct inaccurate personal information that Verizon Community has maintained about you. To correct information, click "Correct Personal Information" to navigate to your Account & Privacy Settings, make changes to Your Account, and click “Save” to complete the correction.

Delete
You have the ability to delete certain personal information that Verizon Community has collected about you. To submit a deletion request, click “Delete Personal Information.” This action will delete your Verizon Community account and cannot be undone. Please be certain before proceeding.

You can close your Community account at any time. The data that is deleted when closing an account is only the personal information Verizon Community has collected about you, while the contributions made (including, posts, comments, kudos, etc.) will be maintained as and associated with an anonymous username and a default avatar to distinguish it from other users.
You can also ask the Community team to close your account via private message.
After you close your account, you can't re-open it. If you later decide to re-join the community, you must re-register and start from scratch. Closing your account will immediately log you out.
Appeal

Authorized Agents
You can authorize an agent to exercise your privacy choices on your behalf. To designate an individual or business as your agent, please submit a request through our privacy inquiry form.
