I’ve switch from T mobile to Verizon a week. I opened 5 lines I really regret switching. 2 lines can’t have the signals at the workplace ( it was very good when i used T mobile) I called and chat with customer services but not helpful just waste my time . i have contract with them to get discount on the device now if i cancel lines and return my devices i have to pay so much and the cost of plan for the 3 different lines that i keep in verizon will go up . iam so stressed 😫 and don’t know what i should do now.

I'm not sure, but is it possible for you to be let out of the contract for all 5 lines so you can return to your old carrier, since it's been only a week and things aren't working out? You'd have to check the fine print of your contract. Any Verizon devices can be returned if it's been less than 30 days, but you do have to pay a restocking fee for each one.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
