Coverage is gradually not working

I upgraded my phone to a new iPhone 16… and ever since I get my signal dropped constantly. While listening to music, or podcasts it will just drop, and Ive not made any changes other than the new phone. Same commute, same car, same job, same everything!
If it keeps up I’m just gonna switch providers because why would I pay so much money for cells service that I can barely use? What can you do to help?
