I live in the more rural part of Forest Hill, MD and we have low signal coverage. All of us have 5G phones and we get one bar at best. Further south in the area, the signal gets much better. Does anyone know how to effectively report this issue to Verizon other than the customer support phone number? Often the wait time for support is unacceptable. Is there an email or somewhere on Verizon's website that issues like this can be reported? This is not a phone issue, this is a Verizon coverage issue. Thanks.
