Why is Verizon mobile phone service so bad in Greenwich CT? There are multiple phone deserts very close to town -- I notice it especially in the Old Church Road and YWCA areas but also in Old Greenwich around and near Greenwich Point, not to mention the western border of town. Bad service means inability to phone and dropped/broken up calls as well as near impossibility to use podcast or music functions at all. So, virtually no LTE, and never 4G or 5G. This is 35 miles from Manhattan, and in the most densely populated areas of the country. Shouldn't we have better service than this? What can be done to improve this?
