Poor & weak signal

I live in Ransom Oaks community off Dodge Road , east amherst, NY 14051. 

There is a dead zone  from the club house west  to the Inverness Ct.  And dead / weak  signal from the pool north to my street which is Oak Hill Ct, 

We are about 2 miles from the Verizon operations center so I would think we would have a strong signal being so close.

Please examine this issue and let me know if you need  more information from me.

billian111, we don't want you to experience any dead zones or areas with weak signal. Are other Verizon users having the same issues, or is it just your device? When did this all start happening?
