I requested  a call back from Verizon support as my Samsung Galaxy 23 is a constant headache! Verizon calls at correct time my calls then transferred to Disney+. WHY????

They transferred me to Verizon who THEN WANTS ME TO SCHEDULE A CALLBACK FOR TOMORROW!!! After over 16 years we are about done!!!

 

Will not stay connected to my Wifi & Mobile Wifi doesn't work! Phone only half paid for...of course!!!

  • conversations are garbled calls dropped!!!!

I don't know why your phone won't stay connected to WiFi, but as for your service issues, you're right next to a lake and the coverage map shows it as being solidly a 4G LTE service area, no 5G for miles around.  For whatever reason, lakes are problematic with Verizon (some quirk of the network).

Thanks I am aware of the 4g. My husband & my Granddaughters phone works fine. I'm mostly aggravated due to the call situation on my attempt to get support.

Hey there, _Oz, we want to make sure you get the help you need for your service concern! How long have you been running into an issue with calls and WiFi? Is this happening at multiple locations? Can you tell us more about what's going on when you say your mobile WiFi is not working?
