Service issue

We moved to our home 2 years ago and enjoyed excellent mobile data coverage where we live. Over the past 2 years service connectivity has degraded steadily to the point that I now have to place my phone in airplane mode to send or receive texts and calls, data connectivity is nonexistent. I have upgraded phones recently so it is not a phone issue. It's gotten to the point that I am considering leaving verizon after more than 10 years as a customer.

The auto response is not helpful ad it does not explain why service has gotten progressively worse over time. According to the map you provide we should have 5g service at our home.

If you're only having service issues inside your home, could be a 3rd party Wi-Fi source interfering with your cellular reception or something generating strong EMF. If your service is bad even outside, unfortunately dead zones can occur anywhere due to 5G having less distance range than older technology. Also, if your SIM card is old and your neighborhood was one that only recently got 5G, getting a new SIM card or having your account re-provisioned to make sure it's set up for 5G access can help.
