We live in Mason MI 48854. There is absolutely no signal except for calling in our area. The whole city is a big dead spot. The verizon store in town is less then .5 miles away and if we didn't have home wifi I would absolutely switch carriers. How do we get signal out here? Pretty unsavory going with verizon and soon as you leave the store you phone doesn't load anything!

If your signal is weak in certain areas, it could be due to an issue with your device, a large obstruction blocking the network or the signal has difficulty penetrating indoor walls.

Did you bring your own phone when you signed up with Verizon? If it's an iPhone, I'd check for carrier updates. I looked up your ZIP code and that's a 5G area, so unless your phone doesn't support 5G, I'm wondering if your account needs to be reprovisioned or Verizon needs to get you a new SIM or eSIM.
